The location is perfect, just a short walk to the French Quarter. The bike tours offered are a great way to explore. Unfortunately, the check-in took a long time, and our room wasn't ready on arrival. It left a bad impression right at the start.

The room was clean and had a great view from the 16th floor. The bar was nice too, we enjoyed some drinks there after a long day.

It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still worthy.

Le Meridien New Orleans benefits from a fantastic location and a genuinely welcoming staff. While my stay had some cleanliness issues and noise disturbances, the team was always ready to assist, making the experience more pleasant despite the setbacks. An area to improve for sure.

Centrally located, great for walking tours and bike tours. Room cleanliness was a bit disappointing, with dusty surfaces. The bar offers limited drink options and can be crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations.

It made everything uncomfortable and stuffy. Plus, trying to deal with the management about it was a total hassle-definitely not worth the money!

I had an amazing time exploring the nearby attractions, with the French Quarter just a 10-minute walk away and fantastic eateries like The Ruby Slipper Cafe just a few steps from the hotel, making it incredibly easy to enjoy local flavors and culture; the hotel features nice, clean rooms and a welcoming lobby, but the air conditioning could use some improvement.

Great location in NOLA. Mediocre staff and hidden fees made it frustrating.

Great customer service from Emerson and the parking staff made the stay memorable. The bartending experience was delightful, especially with the amazing female bartender. Communication about fees was frustrating; being charged twice for the same expense was irritating. Location was ideal, close to attractions and safe. The gym experience was chaotic due to unsupervised children. The view from the room on Level 22 was stunning, yet the room's issues left much to be desired.

Had a sleek and modern room with a great location near the city center.

The hidden charges for incidentals and lack of communication about additional fees were disappointing. the cleanliness of the rooms and the service provided by the staff were below expectations.

The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me and my crew. Our corner room on the 8th floor had an amazing view that made our stay even more special. Plus, the rooftop pool was perfect for sun lounging and relaxing after a busy day!

Impressed by the staff's eagerness to ensure a pleasant stay. Danielle at the front desk is a standout-helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean, well-insulated, and consistently air-conditioned. The location is a win, with many great restaurants nearby. significant issues arose. Pool safety was overlooked; children were playing with rocks, posing a risk. Housekeeping was inconsistent-no room cleaning for days, overflowing trash, and wet towels returned improperly. Security felt lax; individuals entered the premises unchallenged, raising concerns. Communication was also a problem. Requests went unanswered for too long. There's potential here, but management must address these shortcomings.

The room was disappointing. The bed was hard and lumpy, with visible stains on the sheets. The air conditioning wasn't effective; it failed to regulate the temperature, making the stay uncomfortable. Noise levels were a constant issue-doors slamming and loud guests interrupted sleep. The bathroom had a significant moldy appearance, and hot water was elusive. Housekeeping missed restocking coffee supplies. valet service was attentive and friendly, adding a nice touch during our stay. Staff interactions varied; some were welcoming while others seemed indifferent to our concerns. The location was convenient, just steps away from Canal Street.

The design reflecting the river's curves was a nice touch. Check-in was friendly. The central location away from Bourbon Street was perfect for families.

The sewer smell outside was just delightful.

Found the lobby bar staff to be friendly and accommodating, offering a nice escape from the frustrations. Convenient location close to popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The front desk staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, failing to address issues with noise and cleanliness in the rooms. Multiple requests for housekeeping went unanswered, leaving the rooms feeling neglected.

the location was superb - easy access to the French Quarter and other attractions, which was a big plus. Now, onto the room - it was comfortable, and I particularly liked the sitting area that allowed me to relax after a long day of exploring. The bed was cozy, and the room had a nice view of the city, especially at night with the LED lights by the pool. there were some downsides. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and it took a while for the staff to address the issue. the initial room we were given was quite small and lacked basic amenities like ironing facilities and a properly stocked mini-bar. Housekeeping was a bit lacking, with not enough towels provided and some trash left unattended in the bathroom. the staff could be a bit unhelpful at times, especially when we requested for basic necessities like water.
